"Cute clothes, but you have to be quick"
I’ll admit, I do like shopping on shekouwoman.com. The clothes are cute and usually pretty much what I’m looking for. The annoying part is that certain sizes or colors sell out really fast, so I end up checking back more than I’d like to. Still, I’ve managed to grab a few pieces I really like, so I’d probably order again

"Photos felt misleading"
I was disappointed when the dress arrived. It looked way different from the photos, the color was much duller, the fabric felt super thin, and the fit wasn’t like what was shown at all. I went back to check the listing, and it kind of felt like the pictures were taken in a way that made it look better on purpose. Maybe it was the lighting or angles, but it definitely didn’t match what I got. I wouldn’t order from here again...

"Pricing Wasn’t Clear"
I was frustrated because the pricing wasn’t clear at all and felt kind of hidden. I tried asking about it, but I kept getting transferred from one person to another, which just made the whole thing more annoying. I just wanted a straight answer on what I’d be paying.

I was half expecting the discount code to mysteriously fail at checkout like they always seem to do, but nope, it went through fine. Saved a little money with no drama, which almost makes me suspicious, but I’ll take it.

I ordered from shekouwoman.com and the item showed up with an obvious defect. I sent photos straight away, but they kept asking me the same questions like they hadn’t seen them ?? Then they offered me a tiny discount instead of actually fixing the issue. I really just wanted a replacement or a refund. Replies took forever too, so overall it was just frustrating and not worth the hassle

"Good product, but the refund process dragged on"
I will say the item itself seemed fine and the ordering process was straightforward. But when I needed a refund, it took way longer than expected, and I was left waiting around with slow replies from customer service. That part was really frustrating and makes me hesitant to buy from here again. Hopefully they can improve the refund process, because the rest of the experience wasn’t terrible

"Cancellation was fine, but the waiting was annoying"
I ended up cancelling my order because I changed my mind. The cancellation itself was handled fine, and they did refund me, so no issue there. But it took a whole day to hear back, which was a bit annoying. I kept checking for a reply, and the waiting part was the main frustration. They sorted it in the end, but yeah, the delay was irritating. Okay overall, just wish the response had been quicker.

"Checkout was a hassle"
I tried paying for my order and the checkout failed twice, even though my card was working perfectly fine on other sites. Come on now, that’s the kind of thing that makes you wonder if the order is even going to go through. It finally worked, but it definitely wasted my time and made me a little nervous

"Checkout was weirdly frustrating"
I’m not really sure what was going on, but checkout was more annoying than I expected. The page was loading really slowly, and then for some reason I had to type my details in again. It did eventually go through, but the whole thing felt clunky and confusing, and I almost gave up.

I wasn’t really happy with the fabric quality. It feels cheap and thin in person, not like what I was expecting. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “the material is as described,” but it still feels disappointing to me...

I placed my order on shekouwoman.com and the confirmation email came through quickly after I paid. It had all the details I needed and was easy to understand, so I didn’t have to email them or wonder what was going on... which was nice. Everything seems fine so far, just waiting on the shipping update now.

"Just not really my taste"
I’ve bought similar items before that looked a lot more polished, so this one was a bit disappointing. The design feels kind of messy to me, and overall it comes across a little cheap-looking. Just not my style.

I appreciated that shekouwoman.com made the customs and duties info easy to find. It wasn’t buried or confusing like I’ve seen on other sites, which was nice. That said, I still had to double check a few details for my country, and I kind of felt ignored when I couldn’t get a clearer answer on what I’d actually be paying. It would really help if the checkout showed a more exact amount. Overall, it was a decent experience, just not perfect

I found my way around the site without having to think too much, which is always a good sign. The filters made it quick to narrow down sizes, and checkout worked fine on my phone, not something I take for granted. Overall, it was smooth enough that I’d probably come back next time
